What a start to the festive period!!!

I mean the end of a lockdown that’s locked us all down!

Food and wine choices like we’ve deserved to have - to keep and savour!

This blog started in lockdown but the wine posting started a while ago - time to sync the 2! Use my travel to marvel the wines I slurp!

Today we came to London and no work involved - all fun and games.

Er Indoors (Jane) said let’s go for a coffee!

I suggested Lauderie and they have a French wine list - Bordeaux 😋😋😋 (👌👌👌👌👌)

Then we headed to HQ (Chiswick) and hit the Restaurante!

The fire station didn’t disappoint!!!

If you’re a first time / new / want to be wine drinker and tend to stick to familiar grapes then this Shiraz / Syrah will nail it!

And the reason why I mention 2 grape names at the same time is normally because they’re the same grape with different names!
