Wine needs to breathe and it needs to be served in a decanter around 1 hour before you look to drink.

I tend to play around with timings and use a process of dropping from afar - just means I pour with a high loft into the decanter and allow it to really bubble and air the liquid.

Wine is about getting the right amount of oxygen into the liquid to allow it to flavour your mouth and enhance the taste.

Nothing else needs to happen to your relationship with wine except maximise the flavour and enjoy it.

Food pairing needs to be right - don’t waste money on the wrong wine with the wrong food - neither will be complimented.

Easy and simple to work through.

Thats what these blogs will do
