Broom Broom

Not posted for a few days as been away with Er Indoors on a London trip - mega food and some mega wines.

Actually I had an amazing half bottle of Chardonnay and chilled to perfection - with fish and chips 👌👌👌👌👌

But this blog isn’t to talk about fish and chips - or tuna Niçoise salad (had that last night with an amazing Belgium cidre - talk about perfection pairing!

It was very hot and I needed refreshments and hydration - it didn’t touch the sides!

A brut cidre which is unusual? I have to say I like cider lots and nothing beats a warm evening with a cold bottle of apple juice!

Anyway the blog - red wine from a racing driver!

Barossa and the Oz wines strike again!

Amazon sell it and comes with a number and you can keep for 3 years as an investment Wine!

I won’t keep it - I’ll be drinking it when the weather eases and it doesn’t warrant a cold beverage to chill me down - but needs must!

So fish and chips with Chardonnay - mega!

London the venue and a last ditch attempt to get food before everything closed!

Then Sunday kicked in and we started off with a bang!
