Christmas drink

I’ve been posting via Instagram for a while now with bottles of joy - wine that is.

Nothing finer than a Christmas dinner to test the palate - and friendship.

I’d never say to pair an inappropriate wine with a dinner - now this is 100% to do with your personal taste - but you also need to have a universal bottle that can help to cut through the veggies, turkey, nut roast, gravy and anything else that’s in the firing line.

These 3 will be had in stages in ours and starting with the Prosecco to kick the lunch off, then move on with the cremante and use its amazing cutting tools to get through the dinner.

Then after the desert / pudding - assuming you can muster - I’ll be delving into the sparkling red.
