Focus months

It’s 2021 and another lockdown. This will be in for a while now with the new strain and the impact it’s having on our amazing NHS!

I’ve decided to do things this year, a little differently!

I’m opting to pick a country every month and explore wines of just there.

A month of French, a month of South African (🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😋😋😋😋😋) etc

Tasting will be fun as pairing with foods too and getting myself ready for the next instalment in my education In wine!

I don’t think there’s a better diploma to do than in wine tasting! (Hic hic hic)

January will be Italian and all things Italian - white, red, rose and the sparkly stuff.

Half the fun is sourcing new wines and trying new things out - I’m aiming to totally stay out of the supermarkets - but lockdown might be a little hindrance 🤔

My picture today though is my contribution towards a dry month!
