Yes!

In simple terms you can!

Chill it 100% - freeze it - ummmmmm no!!!


Wine has this stigma about it and people say you shouldn’t fridge a red wine!

Ive blogged and shouted from the roof tops about sparkling reds - they’re red wines and are absolutely mega chilled and cold!

We head to London this weekend for a weekend of food and (yup you said it) wine - I’ll be choosing my food then my wine and depends what wine I choose will depend on if I want a cool bucket with it!


Yes i 100% agree that some reds are best served at the optimum temperature of around 18C!

They are complex, rich and the taste gets enhanced at the warmer degrees!

But there are some reds are the easy drinking ones that can be chilled and left alone after to be controlled by the room - they get better as they change!


Ive ousted 3 corkers that work well either way!

Bore da Sainsburys have a few crackers and food prices. Mcguigans - or if you have a Waitrose the Jacobs creek one is 👌👌👌👌👌
