Hot and fizzy

You could say I come from a family of entrepreneurs/ business owner!

I worked with 1 company for 25 plus years and nearly 6 years ago opted to go it alone and start my own company!


This week I have 2 bottles dropped off from a cousin of mine who will (cause it’s lush) look to bottle and market his hot sauces out to the market!

Ive had them both this week with various foods and are immense!!!


Now this then brings me to the quandary that befits all spicy foods and rich tasty dishes - what wine to pair!

Pairing the wrong wines make it taste like something you’ve trodden in! - really does!!!


If you’re paying anything for food and drink you need to make it work!


Spicy / hot / rich foods deserve the right paired wine!

2 that spring to mind for me at home would be a rizzy (fizzy red) or a Pinot noir!


I’ve some really good quality bottles here and some get opened infrequently!

Quality and inexpensive wines are good talking points and have their places with other foods - but pair well with the spicy and hot stuff!!!


Now this hot sauce will come to market!

I’ll be mentioning it regularly over the coming months!

Christmas and holidays brings bwydens and fino!

Actually heading tomorrow to buy my crimbo slurps - knowing that I’ll be eating certain foods - but also that I’ll be just sitting back and enjoying a slurp!
