Not sure if it’s me or am I seeing regular articles again on ‘a recent study shows…..’?
Drink a bottle a week!
Dont drink anything!
Drink the equivalent of 2 bottles a week!
Dont drink anything!
The story goes.
Reading The Times as i literally type this and - yes you’ve guessed it - another article!
Scaliing it down though Kat Lay (article author) saying (1 bottle!) ‘a little tipple could help stop second heart attack’!
Drink 1 bottle a week!
Not sure I want the first heart attack to be honest!
The attack of wine / alcohol included in these articles is as consistent as the Welsh weather at the moment!
Life is for living and we need a little tipple every now and again - and if it means going against an article of the day / week / month then so be it!
Moderation and control!
A tipple is acceptable as long as it’s not excessive - but each to their own.
Im aiming for my quota a week and quite happy with the outcome!
The quandary I face is the food pairing - cook or don’t cook!
I can say that fish and chips with this rather splendid Chardonnay is pretty damn fine - just spare on the lemon and vinegar and you won’t be disappointed!!!
Then an indian curry - Syrah or Shiraz - just nothing blended.
Pasta - completely subjective as people tomatoes or cream sauce this fab food! My advice is garlic and scallop the white wonder with some peas, shallots, mushrooms and more shallots👌👌👌
Primitivo or Zinfandel is mega here!!!
Ive posted some corkers on my Instagram over the past few months (years too😋😋😋)!!!
Pair, pour and moderate
Just wait for the article that’s days you can drink and then take advantage 😉😉😉
