2021 will all be about variation.

A country focus every month and using lots of sources of wine growers and grapes.

Using as many sellers as possible too - but staying clear of the big stores to help and maintain the smaller businesses.

Plus helps getting some new and untried bottles out onto my instagram and Twitter feeds - @wjhconsultancy

These bottles were purchased on the weekend and although I’m not doing French focus until March, it was was the investment.

Red, white, pink, orange and even blue wines of Italy will be on the menu and in me glass over the coming weeks - even though it’s supposed to be a dry January! - always rains in Wales though so no issues with compliance there 😜😜😜🍷🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
