Not often I go back!

I came accross this Cab franc bottle the other day (well a few months ago I think - or could have been longer to be honest purely down to not having a clue where I buy most wines from!!!) in my red fridge (it’s not actually red - just full of it and 18c!) and thought this needs a pop and pour!

Waw - Waw - this was mega and light and changed with each glass and mouthful!

A typical South African though and they’ve never ever failed me - I mean I’ve never ever (and this is a long time slurping tenure ) had a bad bottle!

The bottle just appeared and after a few weeks ago - “that’s lush!” I moved on.

Then as I was perusing wines online to buy i added another bottle into the mix and has it again last night!!!👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

I don’t often buy twice with my random ones.

Ill pop, pour and post but rare will I go back!

With 100s of millions - probably into the billions of choices out there - why would you???

But this hit the mark and oddly with a cab franc grape being a little too fruity for me - this was perfect.

Needed to be consumed at the higher end of the temperature for red and 18 / 19C is spot on.

Plus decanting it is essential and give it a swirl too - leave an hour and then consume👌🍷🇿🇦🙏
