Pitsa and Fino

A twist to make vino a little more Welsh - fino! - makes me smile anyway.

Saturday and another weekend of fantastic Italian wines.

All 3 bottles pictured have gone down well.

The Fiol fizz was fantastic and a bottle a few weeks ago promoted another one!

”Sir, what would you like to accompany your drink?” - the best response “another one please!”.

Half the issue with enjoying wine is eating the right foods.

Tonight has been earmarked as a pizza night.

Ironically all of the 3 bottles on this post will work.

Some will work better with odd toppings - but on the whole good matches.

All you need now is a glass then pour!
