Sparkling reds onwards

Just catching up on some reading after being asked to participate in the next phase of my wine knowledge qualification and I stumble over the sparkling red inclusion.

Waitrose have been a real pioneer in wines with amazing choices and options to add to any cellar as an investment or table to drink.

The Bird in Hand, south Australian Pinot Noir has made the 2020 cut!

This sparkling red is fantastic and not too heavy if you just want an easy going fizzy red.

Plus a good price for what you’re getting.

A blended red with Shiraz - immense 👌👌👌

If I can get to a Waitrose before Christmas then this is a must.

Christmas Day will be have a twist this year and the conventional slurps replaced with quirky and obscure.

Makes the research all the worthwhile 👌👌👌🍷
