When a friend gives you 2 very good bottles (and I mean good bottles) of wine - just for my opinion!

Faultless gifts and ones I’m going to explore fully.

Given the opportunity to drink great wine is something you need to savour.

Considerations around the food pairing, bottle temperature, time to breathe, use the aerator or just to decant them - or both? Lots to ponder - and it’s educational as well (honest!!!)

This will be my weekend though.

If chillax is a viable word then my brain is in need of it.

The festive spirit is upon us and time to let it flow (flow not go - I don’t do song!)👌🍷🥳🥳🥳
