Great way to start the wine revolution is with a French one!

Easy drink - sometimes! Yes sometimes.

Never found major issues in all of the wine we drank in France, never really had a bad bottle or plastic container - taking one of these in a winery and using the pump to fill the container - immense and one thing that I think would really serve well over here in Wales - providing that the clientele don't put it in their cars🙈

Wine is amazing though and when you allow yourself to embrace what it can do, makes it even better.

Did I tell you I liked wine?!

France is somewhere I could live and easily.

The culture is chilled, great food, great people, great regions, amazing locations and we drove lots and lots of miles from south to north and all across the other bits.

One of the best bottles I ever had was in France and was in the Languedoc and the chateau of Pennautier - i've attached the pics.

Now this could be down to the environment, the meal, the fact Jane and I were being shown around the whole estate by the Count himself (were you expecting a long caper and funny teeth?!)!

Plus the sun was shining and we had a taxi there, staying that night and - well no holds barred!!!

Really looking forward to March as its the start of spring - but a month exploring French wine and all cools things that come with it - red, white and other!!!
