Yankee Doodle wine?

American wines having a great review in a magazine I’m reading!

When I say magazine - I mean via the iPad!

I had fantastic month in April sampling the delights of the Amercian Nappa Valley!

It completely changed my outlook of American wines.

Revisiting the Barefoot collection and having fun randomly choosing bottles - getting some recommendations too.

Half the fun is trying new ones out.

Makes life easier when you can see success stories attached to locations and Vinyard’s.

Lots of the wines you’ll never see and hear about will never appear in mainstream locations.

Tesco, Asda and co don’t make any headway into upgrading their poor and outdated stock of bottles!

My aim for the next few months is purely to focus on these obscure bottles!

But also keeping the cost of the bottle appropriate - £20 is a good price - but not below £12!

Keeping the wines simple a d uncomplicated is key!

Good pairing and a great price!
